Planning comments closed; Legislative Assembly petition remains open

The DPA-14 formal consultation period closed on 20 July 2026, and ACT Planning accepted late comments until 3 August 2026. The ACT Planning comment process has now ended. A separate ACT Legislative Assembly e-petition about DPA-14 remains open and closes on 14 September 2026.

The planning comment process and the petition are separate processes. Planning comments are no longer being accepted. Signing the petition does not form part of the ACT Planning process.

Late comments accepted and Legislative Assembly petition opened

ACT Planning stated that late comments on DPA-14 would be accepted until 3 August 2026, following the formal consultation period that closed on 20 July 2026. A separate ACT Legislative Assembly e-petition for DPA-14 also opened, closing on 14 September 2026.
